The Warmoth "Stele"

I have designed this guitar to sound like a Tele, but also to be as comfortable as a Strat.
In addition, there are many new features, making it more versatile than a Tele.
Specification
Two piece Swamp Ash Strat body, but with Tele control, bridge and pickup routing, finished in "Mary Kaye" Blond. Hand made single ply pickguard (half Tele, half Strat)
Quarter sawn Maple neck, with 10" - 16" radius Indian Rosewood board, 22 6105 frets, and Abalone dot markers.
Callaham bridge plate, Wilkinson swivel saddles, Seymour Duncan pickups, CTS pots, Sprague Orange Drop caps, Oak switch, Callaham ferules and neck plate, Schaller strap locks.
Funky Nut and Gotoh 510 "Kluson" style locking height adjustable tuners...and no string tree!
"Stealth Tele 5-way Wiring"
This guitar features the first use of this original and very verstaile wiring design. The 5 available selctions are;
1 Bridge pickup in Hot mode.
2 Bridge pickup in Vintage output mode.
3 Bridge and Neck in parallel (standard Tele middle position).
4 Neck pickup
5 Bridge and Neck pickups in series (fatter and louder than parallel wiring).
The middle three settings are the standard Tele sounds, and the two outer settings are hotter and fatter (but very different to each other).
The volume control features an improved and very smooth taper (not the usual "audio" taper).
The dual stacked controls are tone (upper part) and VTB (lower part).
This wiring could be used on any Tele style guitar.
